Providing wide ranging administrative support to our current administration team and payroll department.
Ensuring all employees have contracts of employment and keeping personnel files up to date(Safe Pass, Health & Safety, Manual Handling, Training, Education documentation etc.).
Coordinating and maintaining project documentation.
Responsible for individual employee queries and phone duties.
Writing and sending letters when required.
Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills required, very good written and spoken English essential and Romanian desirable.
Good understanding of Microsoft packages - Word, Office, Excel etc.
Demonstrate a high level of drive, productivity and performance.
Self-motivated team player.
