Construction Office Administrator – North Dublin
An excellent opportunity to work on an established and growing construction company in North Dublin.
Responsible for co-ordinating all project documentation; records must be maintained, kept up-to-date and archived correctly.
Support the Contracts, Project and Site Managers
Collating times sheets and forwarding to payroll to process
Following up on any payroll queries
Preparation of reports and memorandums
Effectively follow the company’s standard operating procedures in submissions of documents.
Responsible for individual employee files/queries (safe pass, health & safety and manula handling documentation etc)
Maintenance and upkeep of computing systems
Any other administration duties as required.
Ideally you will have 2+ years’ experience in a similar role and preferably in the construction industry.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work under pressure and to stringent deadlines.
Strong computer skills
Excellent Organisation Skills
Full Driver Licence
