Your role will involve:
- Providing support in the form of calendar management, report compilation, minute taking and general administration
- Drafting correspondence for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinating meetings and events
- The maintenance and filing of documents
- Managing and tracking Health & Safety training and certificates
- The coordination of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) supplies
- Acting as a point of contact for queries and escalating as necessary
- Occasional visits to site
If you have a 2 years’ experience in an administration role, strong skills in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, this position could be the perfect fit for you.
