O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant on behalf of Our Client, a well-established company, with a diverse project portfolio of small – medium sized building projects including residential, hospitality, industrial and commercial builds.
The successful Personal Assistant will join their team based in Dublin. The successful candidate must have minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as Personal Assistant with construction experience; passionate and proactive person with excellent organizational skills.
Personal Assistant Responsibilities include:
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Collating and filing expenses
- Ad hoc duties
Personal Assistant Requirements include:
- Discretion and trustworthiness
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
- A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required.
- Higher education and minimum 3-5 years relevant experience
