Our Client is looking to appoint Operations Director
Responsible for overall running of the company reporting to owner
Policies & procedures, productivity & operations
Oversee all project teams - Contracts Mgrs, PMs, Engineers etc 
Predominantly residential & commercial projects nationwide
Main contracting and/or development background  
Senior management experience required i.e. Sr Contracts / Operations Manager etc
Office based with site visits as required
Starting salary €120K + package with bonus share etc
